The poster commemorates the Junior Bonner Movie, filmed in Prescott and released 50 years ago (1972). The poster features Prescott's Own Yavapai County Constable Ron Williams as Junior. Ron was voted the most popular public official in Yavapai County in the People's Choice Awards for 2021. The Frontier Days Rodeo was the backdrop for the movie, so this is an "UN-official" Rodeo Poster for 2022 as well. Details to note in the composition are the Yavapai County badge design on Ron's belt buckle, and a rendition of Junior's white Cadillac and horse trailer can be seen on the left. The poster was created to be purely Prescott, and to celebrate that  memorable filming as part of our town's rich history: the Summer of '71" when Hollywood came to Everybody's Hometown.
