About the Artist

Paul Klaine is a Southern California artist recently relocated to Prescott, Arizona. His introduction into the world of scrap art happened when his parents gave him a MIG welder for his birthday. His infectious desire to build and create with anything he could get his hands on began that day.

Paul’s art is a direct reflection of his lifestyle. Cycling, racing and mountain biking are lifelong passions, so it is only fitting that many of his creations derive from old bicycle components, and bicycle scrap art is his main love. His interest in off-road motor sports also infuses his work. He aspires to keep building and creating fun, unique art that reaches out to art enthusiasts and cyclists alike.

From life-sized steampunk horse sculptures to intricate mechanical wildlife wall art, Paul Klaine’s creations embody precision craftsmanship, innovation, and raw industrial beauty. His sculptures often feature moving gears, intricate detailing, and hidden functional elements, making them not just artwork, but interactive experiences.
