Eye of the Sunrise

"Eye of the Sunrise:" Another take on sunrise at Arch Rock in Joshua Tree from a different vantage point. As the sun crept higher in the sky, it appeared to pierce the center of the arch itself. I was extremely grateful for the timing of these beautiful clouds that were moving overhead, as shortly after taking this shot, the sun was overcome by them and the sunstar disappeared through all the haze.
